This oil flow meter has such a structure that the shaft protrudes from main body and the shaft end is provided with blade. Handle it with utmost care not to bend th shaft.

This device is fitted on an oil circulating circuit operated by the oil transfer pump of a transformer. It is designed to check wether the oil feeds nomarly and function as a relay when flow rate is reduced to the sepcified limit.

  • Complete moisture prevention
  • Antivibration structure: inside mechanism is designed in consideration of the resistance to vibration, so thet resonaance is avoided at 100 +/10Hz, 120+/-10Hz and 240+/-20Hz at every part of the oil flow meter.
  • Partition plate: Oil side and the air side are completely separated by partition plate, and the rotation is conveyed through the magnet.
  • Use of microswitch: Contact employ a microswitch. Therefore, it must not malfunction due to vibration and can be switched surely.
  • There are have 4 type of dial: Down from above, Left from right, Up from below, Right from left.
  • Flow rate depend on piping size 4B, 6B, 8B.
  • Switch: 1 or 2 contact microswitches alarm : 600l/min
  • Rating contact: AC125/2505A
  • Protective structure IP65
