LTC protective Relay RYH detects a sudden rise of oil flow velocity casused by an accident in tap changers and trigger alarm.
When the velocity of the oil flow, which is caused by an accidents in Tap changers, rising to the setting temperature, the wings rotate and turn on the microswitch which signal the tripping alarm.
